Where Tradition Meets Elevated Experience

Welcome—I'm glad you're here. To begin, I’m a chef who believes the best dining experiences are built on three essentials: excellent food, intentional detail, and a welcoming spirit. Raised between America’s Heartland and the Appalachian Mountains, I grew up in a family where food wasn’t simply nourishment— it was our way of nurturing relationships. My mother was a chef before becoming a homemaker, my grandparents owned restaurants, and my father worked in kitchens before turning to farming. From an early age, I learned to value the origins of food and to take care in its preparation and pairings.

Over the years, I’ve worked in French-American cuisine, led culinary operations as a private and catering chef, held a leadership roll in a leading nationally-ranked multi-concept restaurant company, and managed a top-achieving hotel banquet department, mastering large-scale, high-caliber events. I was privileged to serve in a 3-star Michelin awarded kitchen which deepened my perspective on the highest standards of technique and execution. I’ve had the honor of serving heads of state, judicial leaders, corporate executives, celebrities, and musicians – yet enjoy connecting with families gathering at home, guests celebrating milestones, and couples marking anniversaries. Apart from my culinary expertise, I enjoy speaking to various groups regarding a wide-span of topics including: hospitality, leadership, culinary arts, and faith. Regardless of the occasion, my commitment remains the same: to bring intention, skill, and hospitality that feels both personal and memorable.

I currently call Columbus, OH home—a city where rapid growth meets the steady roots of Midwestern values. Outside the kitchen, I’m drawn to contrast. I appreciate the quiet rhythm of rural life just as much as the vibrant energy of urban environments. I seek out great coffee shops, local breweries and wineries, dynamic restaurants, and the arts—from concerts to theater. My faith is central to my life and leadership, shaping how I serve others and remain grounded in purpose.

At its core, my work is about more than great food. It’s about creating experiences that are personal, deliberate, and unforgettable. Because when hospitality is extended, it has the power to unite people and create moments that linger long after the last bite.
